Robert Foss |

| Dr
Foss grew up in Des Moines, graduated from
Iowa State University College of Veterinary
Medicine in 1979. After graduation he returned
to Des Moines area and started practice
at Ashworth Road Animal Hospital. Dr Foss
has a special interest in ophthalmology.
He resides in West Des Moines with his wife,
Lisa, two chocolate labs, and three cats.
His three children, Molly, Jon, and Debbie
have all left the "nest". Extracurricular
activities include running, soccer, and
handyman projects. |

Jessica Merk |

| Dr.
Jessica Merk, originally from Wanaque, NJ,
is a 2001 graduate of Iowa State University
College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined
Ashworth Road Animal Hospital in September
of 2004 after moving from northern NY. She
has a special interest in feline medicine
and is a member of the American Association
of Feline Practitioners. She resides in
Des Moines with her husband, Jason, her
son, Wyatt, her daughter, Emily, and her
3 nutty cats: Holly, Willow, and Hotdog.
In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling,
and spending time with her family. |

Brianne Martinie |

| Dr. Brianne
Martinie, originally from St. Louis, is
a 2001 graduate of University of Missouri
College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined
Ashworth Road Animal Hospital in March of
2006 after moving from Charlotte, NC. Brianne,
her husband, Sean and daughter, Zoë
are privileged to share a home with Kharma,
a Bernese Mountain Dog and three very spoiled
cats: Magellan, Pico and Cassidy. In her
free time she enjoys cooking and traveling. |

Gordinier - Veterinary Technician |

| Nikki
has been a technician with Ashworth Road
Animal Hospital since 2003. She currently
resides in West Des Moines with her daughter,
Charlotte Rose and four cats, Max, Biggie,
Lily and Callie.. |

Wiedenman - Receptionist |
 |
| Linda joined
Ashworth Road Animal Hospital in 2004 as
a receptionist. She lives in Des Moines
with her dogs, cats, birds, ferret, Guinea
pig, and 2 horses. She has loved training
and showing her dogs for over 20 years.
She is an active member of Iowa Golden Retriever
Rescue. |

Manager / Receptionist |

| Diana joined
Ashworth Road Animal Hospital in 1994 as
a receptionist/office manager. She grew
up on a farm and animals have always been
a part of her life. She lives with her husband
Greg and their chocolate lab Ali, and their
cat Vinny, they also have two adult sons
Joe and Jim. In her free time she enjoys
fishing, boating, traveling and watching
the Iowa Hawkeyes. GO HAWKS!! |

| Kim joined the
Ashworth Road Animal Hospital staff in 2008.
Kim has two daughters. She and her husband
Steve, now empty nesters, live in West Des
Moines. |

| Stacey graduated
from Iowa State University in 2006. She
has been a technician at Ashworth Road Animal
Hospital since April of 2006. She lives
in Des Moines with her husband, Joe, and
her beloved Weimaraner, Jersey. In her spare
time she enjoys traveling and taking Jersey
to the dog park. |

| Kristin graduated
from Southern Illinois University in 2004.
She moved to Iowa in 2008 and joined Ashworth
Road Animal Hospital as a veterinary technician.
She currently lives in Ames with her husband,
Eric, and their three cats Chauncey, Smara,
and Madison. |

| April joined
Ashworth Road Animal Hospital as an animal
caretaker in 2008. She absolutely loves
caring for all of the dogs and cats. April
resides in Granger with her young growing
family, 2 dogs, and a cat. |

| JoElle Rand
resides in Des Moines with her Maltese named
Jaz. She will be attending DMACC West in
the spring. She started working at Ashworth
Road Animal Hospital in the fall of 2008.
She looks forward to going to work everyday
and taking care of the animals. In her spare
time she likes to watch movies, go shopping
and spend time with her large family. |
